After days of anticipation, Apple has finally released iOS 27.3 beta 1 to developers. We’re expecting a plethora of changes this time around, and this ain’t no small update for iPhone users.
The big addition is the redesigned Health app that Apple pulled from iOS 27.2 beta 4, and now it’s back. There’s a new Longevity tab with Health Age, which estimates how your body is aging using data from the Apple Watch. Apple says that the feature will officially ship before the end of the year, hinting at the final release.
Other than this, Apple is also bringing vertical tabs to Safari, and Siri AI gains access to four more languages.
iOS 27.3 is the update that brings Apple Intelligence to China, and it’s live in this beta. Users in China get Writing Tools, Visual Intelligence, Live Translation, Clean Up and Genmoji in Photos, and notification summaries, among other features. However, Siri AI and the new AI features from iOS 27 aren’t included yet.
The public beta usually follows within days, and the final release is expected later this year in December.
